Car rental facilities are located on the ground floor of the short-term parking garage directly across from the terminal buildings. You can rent the vehicle of your choice from one of 10 rental companies located there.
A taxi cab from the airport to downtown Salt Lake City will run you from $20 to $25. There are several shuttle and limousine services available but be careful. There is little oversight as to what these services can charge as opposed to taxis. So they tend to be quite a bit more expensive.
One of the Top 5 golf courses in Utah according to Golf Magazine – Wingpointe – is located less than 1 mile east of the airport. Open 10-11 months out of the year, it has the 4th best driving range in the country according to Unlimited Magazine.
